Beware from Koovs.com as they offered 25% discount coupon on the first purchase but coupon don’t work on your second purchase.
I had complaint to the customer care then they replied me that coupon would work only on selected items however they have not mentioned any thing while in first purchase.
Then I emailed to Mr. Manish Tiwari (CEO) about the same and he replied me that, he will look into it but after several reminders he did not reply me.
Apart from this they had sent me wrong product for this, I had emailed them several times but they did not respond me. At last I left any hope to get the right product from them.
Worst company I have seen in my life. Avoid purchase of any product from them. They are actual culprit of the eCommerce industry. You can find several complaints on their Facebook page but they smartly delete those customer comment from the Facebook wall immediately and even don’t respond to the customer after that.
Because of this, people are loosing interest on the eCommerce portals.
